About the Role We are currently seeking a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician to join our Napier team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our operations by installing, commissioning, servicing, and testing fire sprinkler systems, hose reels, special hazards, and hydrant systems. You will represent Wormald New Zealand Limited on-site in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all systems are installed according to the provided drawings and directions. Requirements We are looking for candidates who possess relevant experience within the fire industry or have at least three years of experience as a plumber. You should be capable of working from technical drawings and be proficient in the fitting of pipes, valves, pumps, and accessories in firefighting systems. Please note that only applicants with a current right to work in New Zealand will be considered. Pre-employment checks, including reference checks, medical examinations, criminal record checks, and drug and alcohol testing, will be part of the eligibility process.
