About the Role – Service Technician
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a range of service and maintenance offerings for the AAES Product Delivery Services (PDS). Your duties will include the installation, repair, and emergency breakdown services related to our product range, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support.
Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining the AAES doors product range
- Completing necessary paperwork and documents in accordance with our quality and timeliness standards
- Communicating with customers regarding repairs and installations
- Coordinating with Service Coordinators or Planners to address any site-related issues promptly
- Working flexibly, including participating in call-outs or overtime as needed
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience as a Service Technician
- Experience in the building materials, service, and/or installation industry is preferred
- Knowledge of maintenance processes
- Familiarity with the geographic area of the city or state
