About the Role
We are excited to offer a part-time sales position in our Rotorua store, specifically within the Computers and Communication department. In this customer-focused role, you will have the chance to provide exceptional customer service while building lasting relationships with our customers to enhance their shopping experience. You will receive comprehensive training on our computer and communication products, equipping you with the knowledge necessary to excel in sales.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Selling computer and communication products and services
- Utilizing our point of sale and customer service system
- Maintaining the presentation of the Computers and Communication department
- Assisting with operational tasks, such as stock takes
- Working across a 7-day roster, which includes shifts on weekends and public holidays
About You
We are looking for a motivated communicator who is eager to put in the effort and enjoy the rewards that come with it. With an uncapped commission structure, you have the potential to significantly influence your earnings.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- A quick learner with a genuine interest in the retail industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and numeracy skills
- Experience in retail sales and familiarity with POS systems is desirable
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
