About the Role We are currently seeking a Warehouse Picker to join our team, with opportunities available in both Avonhead and Hillsborough. This position offers immediate start options and comes with competitive pay rates ranging from $24.47 to $26.20 per hour, depending on the shift. The day shift runs from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM in Avonhead, offering a rate of $26.20 per hour plus allowances for working in chiller and freezer environments. The afternoon shift is from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM in Hillsborough, with a pay rate of $24.47 per hour, including paid breaks. In this role, you will be responsible for picking products for dispatch using voice picking technology and operating a jiffy. You will be expected to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pick rates and accuracy, and you should be prepared for heavy lifting of 15 to 25 kilograms. You will be working in various environments, including ambient, chilled, and frozen areas. We foster a close-knit team culture where hard work is balanced with a sense of fun.
