About the Role
As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be instrumental in delivering an outstanding customer experience. In this role, you will welcome customers, guide them through our store, and assist them in finding the products they need while effectively showcasing our offerings. By aligning with our core values, you will contribute to both your personal success and the overall success of the company.
Your responsibilities will include sharing your fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices. You will collaborate with your team to ensure exceptional service at every stage of the customer journey. It will also be your duty to maintain a well-stocked, organized, and inviting sales floor and back of house, and to assist with the opening and closing of the store. Throughout all customer interactions, you will represent both yourself and the brand positively.

As part of our dynamic Store Team, every position—from Sales Advisors and Department Managers to Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and other roles—plays a vital part in creating an inspiring and welcoming environment. You will also work closely with the wider Area Team, collaborating with colleagues across stores to share insights and drive collective success. Together, we aim to help customers feel confident and express their individuality through the latest trends and timeless styles, making fashion accessible and sustainable for all.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or related fields.
- A passion for fashion and a dedication to providing an exceptional in-store experience while promoting our products and driving sales.
- The ability to thrive in collaborative and dynamic environments.
- Strong communication skills, creativity, and a curiosity for working with store technology, coupled with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Flexibility and a proactive attitude.

Store Roles Assessment
