About the Role
As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will play a crucial role in creating an outstanding customer experience. You will welcome customers, guide them through the store, and assist them in finding what they need while showcasing our products. In this role, you will:
- Share your fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.

- Ensure that the sales floor and back of house are well-stocked, organized, and inviting.
- Assist with the opening and closing of the store.
- Represent yourself and the brand positively in all customer interactions.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Experience in customer service within the fashion, retail, or similar sectors.
- A passion for fashion and a commitment to delivering an exceptional in-store experience while promoting our products and driving sales.
- The ability to thrive in collaborative and dynamic environments.
- Strong communication skills, creativity, and curiosity about working with store technology, coupled with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Flexibility and a proactive approach to tasks.

Store Roles Assessment
