About the Role As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional customer experience. As part of the vibrant Store Team, you will work alongside Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Assistant Store Managers, and other key roles. Together, you will create a welcoming and inspiring environment. You will also connect with the broader Area Team, collaborating across stores to share insights and drive collective success. Your role will be vital in helping customers feel confident and express their individuality through the latest trends and timeless styles. Requirements We are looking for candidates who have experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or a related field. Passion for fashion and a commitment to delivering an exceptional in-store experience while promoting our products and driving sales are essential. You should thrive in collaborative and dynamic settings, possess strong communication skills, and be eager to learn and adapt to new store technologies.
