About the Role We are looking for two motivated consultants, preferably with experience in construction recruitment. This includes sectors such as trades, construction services, and management. If you excel at identifying opportunities and possess a strong sense of accountability, you may be the ideal candidate for our team. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, are essential. Additionally, we value solid administrative skills. We are seeking individuals with a proven track record in business development and effective portfolio management. To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: - Hold a full or restricted driver's license. - Have a minimum of three years of experience in temporary contract and/or permanent recruitment. - Demonstrate a reasonable understanding of New Zealand immigration and work visas. - Provide references that can confirm your successful track record. Our office is strategically located in Mt Eden, but there is potential for you to work across the North Island. You will be supported by our back office and talent acquisition team, allowing for limitless potential. A typical workweek will consist of approximately 40 to 45 hours from Monday to Friday; however, we are open to discussing part-time or flexible arrangements to accommodate your needs.
