We are currently looking for a motivated and down-to-earth Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team.
About the Role
In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting the high communication requirements of clients and candidates, both during and outside of work hours.
- Developing and nurturing new client relationships through effective business development strategies.
- Providing consultative advice to clients on recruitment strategies while staying informed about market trends.
- Managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to completing the necessary induction procedures.
- Negotiating job offers for clients and candidates and facilitating smooth onboarding experiences.
- Preparing monthly Health and Safety reports.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role or a similar position within a recruitment agency environment.
- Experience in the blue-collar sector is an advantage.
- A strong customer service focus and experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to effectively gauge the dynamics of a situation.
