About the Role
We are currently seeking two experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our team. Whether your background is in construction, corporate, IT, or other industries, we welcome applicants with a proven track record in recruitment and business development. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the community by connecting talented individuals with job opportunities.
To be successful in this position, you should be organized, driven by opportunities, and a responsible self-starter. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid administrative capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven success in B2B business development and portfolio management
- A passion for helping others while being motivated to achieve sales targets
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in temporary contract or permanent recruitment
- A solid understanding of New Zealand immigration and work visa processes
- A full or restricted driver's license
- References that validate your strong performance history
