About the Role As a Foreman at PPS Paints, you will play a vital role in managing daily operations and leading our paint crews across various job sites. Your responsibilities will include planning and coordinating projects to ensure timely and high-quality completion while maintaining site safety and compliance with quality standards. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, site managers, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and reporting on job progress using the provided iPad and other tools. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and supporting team members, representing our company professionally both onsite and on the road.
