About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and trade-qualified Fabricator with a focus on food-grade machinery production. In this role, you will have hands-on experience with tools and be proficient in reading and interpreting plans for various projects, ranging from individual components to large-scale installations. As a proven leader, you will excel in motivating your team and ensuring successful project deliveries for our valued clients.
As the Fabrication Team Lead, you will work closely with your crew, taking an active role in the workshop rather than being confined to an office. Your leadership will set the pace, and you will mentor your team while driving quality and productivity. We value individuals who lead by example and are committed to maintaining high standards in all aspects of our operations.

Requirements
- New Zealand trade qualified Level 4 Engineer
- A minimum of 10 years of fabrication experience
- Proven leadership experience with a talented engineering team

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced workshop environment
