About the Role
We are excited to announce a new part-time position for a Baker, which will also include some Cafe Assistant duties. This role will require you to work on Fridays and Saturdays from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Bake and prepare a diverse selection of food for our residents and guests
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service in the café for residents, family members, and visitors
- Manage the till, oversee stock, and ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Foster a welcoming and caring atmosphere within the village
About You
To succeed in our supportive and caring environment, we are looking for candidates who possess:
- Experience in baking and cooking
- A barista qualification and a proven track record of reliability
- The ability to work independently while maintaining high standards
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong empathy and outstanding communication abilities
- A reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor
