About the Role Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Flooring Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with your colleagues, and adopting a proactive, solutions-focused approach to sales. We are looking for someone who is not only passionate about flooring but also thrives in a team environment. What We're Looking For To be successful in this position, you should have: - Proven experience in flooring sales or a similar industry - Strong knowledge of residential new builds and renovation projects - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - A collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset - Professionalism, organization, and self-motivation The working hours are Monday to Friday, with rostered Saturdays approximately once every five weeks.
