About the Role We are seeking a full-time, permanent Retail Supervisor/Duty Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for customer service and team leadership. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supervising our retail operations and ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a Liquor Controller Qualification. Additionally, a current General Managers Certificate, or at least six months of relevant experience with the ability to obtain this certification within one year of starting, is required. Physical fitness is essential for this role, as some heavy lifting will be involved. The position requires flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays, with a minimum commitment of 35 hours per week. The pay rate will range from $27.00 to $32.00 per hour, depending on experience.
