About the Role We are currently looking for motivated General Labourers to join our team as soon as possible. Our clients come from a variety of industries, and we have both entry-level and skilled roles available. The pay rate will be commensurate with your experience. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will assist with a range of tasks that are essential to keep our projects on track. You will prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up tools, as well as handling materials by loading and unloading supplies. Collaboration is key, so you will work alongside skilled professionals, maintaining a tidy work area to enhance safety and efficiency. This position offers you the chance to gain hands-on experience with tools and acquire new skills on the job. About You We are looking for individuals who bring a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor. A valid Site Safe ticket is advantageous, and we value team players who enjoy collaborating with others. Whether you are new to the field or have some experience, a willingness to learn is crucial. Reliability is important to us, so being punctual and ready to work is essential. You should also be physically fit, as the role involves hands-on tasks and outdoor work in various weather conditions. While prior experience in construction or manufacturing is a plus, we are happy to provide training for the right candidates. Certifications such as TTM, TMO, WTR, Class 2, and Forklift are preferred.
