About the Role In this hands-on role, you will be integral to the daily operations of the yard. Your key responsibilities will include: - Weighing customers in and out at the bridge - Handling cash transactions and processing payouts for customers - Answering phone calls and booking pick-up jobs - Providing general yard support during quieter periods, such as sweeping and cleaning surfaces If you are ready to immerse yourself in exciting construction projects and contribute to our team's success, we encourage you to apply. Requirements We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced industrial setting and is comfortable transitioning between customer service and hands-on tasks. The ideal candidate will possess: - Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner - Basic keyboard and computer skills - Confidence with numbers and cash handling experience - A positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in when needed Hours The position is ideally scheduled for Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 3 pm, with flexibility for the right candidate.
