About the Role In this position, you will have the opportunity to build and run the workshop division according to your vision. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 AUD per year, depending on your experience, alongside profit-sharing allocations for high performers and performance bonuses. We aim to make your transition to Australia as seamless as possible with comprehensive relocation assistance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults, removing, rebuilding, and reassembling engines, transmissions, and other key components. You will also perform scheduled servicing and maintenance, conduct roadworthiness inspections, and provide mobile assistance during breakdowns. Maintaining an organized and efficient workshop environment, mentoring apprentices, and collaborating with the team to improve processes will also be key aspects of your role. Requirements We are looking for a fully qualified Automotive Mechanic with broad experience across various vehicle types. You should be confident in diagnostics and adept at using computer-assisted tools. High-level problem-solving skills and a strong sense of pride in your work are essential. Additionally, you must be willing to relocate to Australia, and we will support you throughout this process.
