About the Role We are currently seeking individuals for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity that offers a competitive hourly wage of $25 to $28. The role involves working Monday to Friday during morning shifts. As part of the team, you will operate machinery and systems in plaster mills and board manufacturing, ensuring that production processes run smoothly. Key responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining process control while adhering to standard operating procedures, replenishing production lines, conducting quality checks, and performing general manufacturing duties to support daily operations. Requirements To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills: - Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, particularly with automated equipment - A valid forklift license and a full New Zealand driver’s license - Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving abilities - Good communication skills, both verbal and written, along with basic numeracy - Physical fitness, with the ability to lift up to 25 kg safely - Full working rights in New Zealand - Willingness to work a 24/5 rotating roster of 12-hour shifts, including occasional Saturday shifts Please note that all applicants must pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol test as well as a Ministry of Justice check.
