Our team is dedicated to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and we are currently seeking an experienced factory worker to join us on the night shift. About the Role The factory worker position is a night shift role that operates on a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule, from 7 PM to 7 AM. In this position, you will be responsible for machine operation, manual handling of products, quality control, and various general factory labor duties. To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements: Requirements - Proven experience in a similar factory environment - Prior experience working night shifts - A high level of physical fitness, with the ability to lift over 25 kg - Strong attention to detail and accuracy Key duties will include: - Opening bags of plastic with a craft knife and loading them into the hopper - Operating machinery, including extruders and blenders - Forklift operation, if licensed - Performing computer data entry - Conducting quality control checks - Engaging in heavy lifting and general factory labor activities Benefits We offer several benefits to our employees, including: - A clean and modern warehouse environment - A starting rate of $27.00 per hour, depending on experience - Opportunities for training and career advancement within the company If you are interested in this role, we encourage you to apply online or contact Danielle at OneStaff at 033773992 with any questions.
