About the Role
We are currently seeking a Trade Drive-Thru Manager who possesses over two years of strong leadership experience, ideally within a big box retail environment. Candidates with an interest in or knowledge of the building industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to both DIY customers and professional tradespeople will thrive in this role.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn about various building products and materials, enhancing your ability to assist our Trade and DIY customers effectively. You will play a vital role in ensuring that every customer receives outstanding service, regardless of their background.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a full, current driver’s license. An 'F' endorsement is advantageous but not essential, as we provide Forklift training.

This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 45 hours of work per week, from Tuesday to Saturday, with reporting to the General Manager.
