About the Role We are currently seeking a Trade Drive-Thru Manager who possesses over two years of strong leadership experience, ideally within a big box retail environment. Candidates with an interest in or knowledge of the building industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to both DIY customers and professional tradespeople will thrive in this role. In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn about various building products and materials, enhancing your ability to assist our Trade and DIY customers effectively. You will play a vital role in ensuring that every customer receives outstanding service, regardless of their background. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for the Trade Drive-Thru Manager position will have: - A passion for excellence in customer service - Strong leadership skills - Physical fitness to perform heavy lifting as needed to support the team - Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills - The ability to motivate, coach, and empower team members to achieve their best - Reporting and analytical skills Previous retail experience and/or familiarity with the building industry will be highly regarded. To be considered for this role, you must hold a full, current driver’s license. An 'F' endorsement is advantageous but not essential, as we provide Forklift training.
