About the Role We are excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a Village Lifestyle Coordinator at our beautiful Essie Summers Retirement Village in Christchurch. This position involves working Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. In this role, you will plan and deliver engaging activities for our Independent Residents, encouraging their active participation and enjoyment. You will play a key role in promoting resident happiness, well-being, and quality of life. Collaboration with the Activities Team and other village departments will be essential to ensure a vibrant community atmosphere. About You To succeed in our supportive and caring environment, you should possess strong empathy and outstanding communication skills. A reliable, friendly, and professional manner is essential for fostering positive relationships within our community. Requirements While experience working in aged care is preferred, it is not essential. We encourage anyone with a passion for enhancing the lives of others to apply.
