About the Role We are excited to offer a part-time position for an Activity and Lifestyle Coordinator to join our supportive team. This role is available for Friday and Saturday shifts from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. In this position, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a diverse program of recreational, social, and creative activities for our residents. Your efforts will aim to promote happiness, wellbeing, and an enhanced quality of life for all those we serve. Additionally, you will work closely with your colleagues to provide support and ensure a thriving environment. About You To succeed in our caring and supportive environment, you should possess the following qualities: - Strong empathy and compassion for others - Outstanding communication skills - A reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor While experience in aged care is preferred, it is not a requirement for this role.
