About the Role We are seeking a Duty Manager who will inspire and lead our team in creating the best pizzas in town. In this role, you will set the standard for your team, ensuring high-quality service and a positive work environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading by example to motivate your team - Managing staff effectively - Providing excellent customer service - Supporting and encouraging your team members - Preparing and crafting our signature pizzas - Focusing on your personal development and skill enhancement While previous experience in hospitality management is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement. We are dedicated to supporting your growth through personalized training and access to online resources. Please note that work hours may vary, and all applicants must be available to work at least one weekend night, either Friday or Saturday.
