About the Company At Trade Assist, we pride ourselves on being a well-established leader in the electrical industry. We are currently seeking dedicated labourers to join our team for an ongoing project located in the Waikato region, just outside of Paeroa. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to start their careers in a supportive environment. About the Role We are looking for multiple labourers to assist our on-site team. The project is set to continue until mid-2026, offering consistent work hours. The pay rate ranges from $24 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, and we provide weekly payments. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be supplied to ensure your safety on the job. Your responsibilities will include: - Moving materials - Assisting the team as needed on-site - Digging and shovelling - Handling loads of up to 25kg Requirements We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria: - Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks - Have reliable transportation - Authorized to work in New Zealand - Strong work ethic and effective communication skills - A Site Safe certification is preferred, but we can assist with obtaining this before your start date Benefits In addition to a competitive hourly wage, we offer the following benefits: - Consistent hours on a major project - Opportunity for ongoing work until mid-2026 - Weekly pay - Provision of PPE Please note that applicants must be able to provide a clean drug and alcohol test result before commencing work with us.
