We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in the Waikato and Thames or Coromandel areas. About the Role In this role, you will enjoy guaranteed 40 hours of secure, long-term work. We are looking for individuals who are currently employed in a traffic control position and may feel disconnected from the maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity to bridge that gap and become part of a cohesive unit where both traffic management and maintenance crews collaborate seamlessly. We value strong performers who are eager to advance in Traffic Management. We offer training to help you progress to the next level of STMS. There will also be opportunities to explore other areas within the road maintenance crew, where you can learn valuable techniques while working as an STMS. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to safety. Requirements - STMS Level 1 qualification or STMS Cat A/B practicing - Some experience in a similar role - Ambition to progress to the next STMS level, with training provided If you do not yet hold an STMS qualification, we are also seeking Traffic Controllers.
