About the Company We are seeking skilled Landscapers to join our team in the beautiful Waikato region. About the Role As a Landscaper, your daily responsibilities will include a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. Your duties will consist of: - Mowing and edging lawns using power tools - Pruning, trimming, weeding, and performing general garden maintenance - Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, as well as laying mulch - Spraying or spreading fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides - Installing support wires, garden features, and irrigation systems - Assisting with minor construction tasks, such as mixing and pouring cement - Utilizing hand and power tools for general property upkeep - Completing other outdoor tasks as needed Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience - Full New Zealand driver’s license with the ability to drive manual vehicles - Confidence in towing and reversing a trailer - Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions - Reliable transport and a strong work ethic - A GrowSafe certificate is advantageous but not essential Benefits We offer competitive compensation, with pay ranging from $28 to $30 per hour, depending on experience. You will receive weekly pay and have the potential for ongoing work with esteemed clients throughout the Waikato region.
