About the Role
We are currently seeking honest and hardworking Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will provide a high level of care to our clients, helping them maintain their independence in their homes. Each day will bring new challenges and opportunities to make a difference in someone’s life, as you work closely with our clients in their daily routines.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Reliable transport and a minimum of a restricted driver’s license
- New Zealand residency or a valid work visa
- A clean police clearance check
- Ability to follow instructions effectively
- Independent and proactive thinking
- Relevant experience and qualifications are highly regarded

Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with household management tasks such as cleaning and organization
- Providing personal care, including toileting and showering
- Supporting community integration and immersion
- Preparing meals and assisting with shopping
