About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team at Rebel Manukau. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for retail, this position is an excellent fit for you. Flexibility and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role. We are looking for someone who is available to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
What will you be doing?
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing counter and till operations
- Assisting customers and delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintaining a clean and organized department
- Retrieving stock and replenishing shelves within your section
- Ensuring accurate pricing on product tickets
- Reporting any health and safety incidents
What will you need to bring to this role?
To excel in this position, we are looking for candidates who possess:
- Previous retail experience is beneficial
- A background in customer service
- A driven and motivated approach to achieving goals
- Flexibility to adapt to the demands of the retail environment
- A positive, can-do attitude
- The ability to work independently without direct supervision
