About the Role We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Garden Team Leader to join us in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing team capability, driving sales, increasing profitability, and improving customer experience within our garden department. As the Garden Team Leader, you will lead and coach the garden team, support their development, manage daily operations, and ensure adherence to health and safety practices. Your leadership will be key in fostering a positive environment that encourages growth and teamwork. Core Capabilities and Behaviours We are looking for someone who demonstrates a customer-first attitude and possesses a flexible, positive presence. A passion for safety is essential, along with a collaborative mindset. Proven skills in selling and merchandising, as well as product knowledge and leadership ability, are crucial for this role. Requirements To be considered for this position, you should have at least two years of leadership experience and a track record of managing a team effectively. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with the ability to lead change and adapt to new challenges.
