About the Role We are currently seeking a motivated Class 2 Civil Worker who enjoys hands-on work and values variety in their daily tasks. This role offers Monday to Friday hours, ensuring a consistent work schedule while providing exposure to a range of civil projects. You will operate Class 2 vehicles as needed, assist with general civil works, and support site teams to ensure smooth project execution. We value candidates with WTR endorsements and experience operating plant and machinery. Additionally, familiarity with traffic control or traffic management is highly regarded. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Hold a full Class 2 New Zealand Driver's Licence - Provide recent and relevant work references - Have prior experience in civil construction, with traffic control or traffic management experience considered an advantage - Work effectively as part of a team and be willing to support site crews as needed - Communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors and colleagues - Maintain physical fitness and be comfortable in a hands-on, outdoor environment - Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test - Have a satisfactory criminal history check Benefits We offer a competitive pay rate based on experience, along with the opportunity for long-term employment within a reliable and supportive team.
