About the Role We are currently seeking a Sustainability Advisor to help us achieve our sustainability goals as outlined in Te Kete, AUT's strategic framework. This role involves data analysis, reporting, and the implementation of sustainability initiatives that will play a crucial role in our efforts. Candidates with experience in sustainability data analysis and carbon reporting will be well-equipped to influence positive change through effective data presentation. As a Sustainability Advisor, you will engage in various projects, including CO2 emissions reporting, the development of a sustainability dashboard, and monitoring progress towards AUT's sustainability targets. Additionally, you will analyze specific sustainability datasets and develop and implement initiatives that promote our sustainability objectives. Collaboration with a wide range of staff and students across the university will be an integral part of your work. About You Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you should bring: - A minimum of three years' experience in data collection, analysis, and the creation of business intelligence reports and dashboards - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Power BI - Excellent proficiency in Excel, writing, and data storytelling - The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team - Desirable experience in sustainability data analysis, carbon reporting, and the implementation of sustainability initiatives What We Offer Culture At AUT, we foster a strong sense of community, with our work driven by purpose and meaning.
