About the Role We are currently looking for a casual Dishwasher/Kitchen Hand to join our team several nights per week. This role will primarily involve washing dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting our Chef in the kitchen. In addition to kitchen responsibilities, you will also have opportunities to engage with guests and support front-of-house operations. This position is particularly suited for individuals seeking supplementary work alongside their primary job or studies. Main Focus: Your primary responsibility will be dishwashing and ensuring that Sabroso maintains a high level of cleanliness. Additional Duties: You will also assist our Chef with food preparation and service, as well as support front-of-house activities such as serving food, clearing tables, and resetting for the next guests. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess: - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn - The energy and resilience necessary to thrive during busy dinner services - Good communication skills in English - The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team - A reliable nature, attention to detail, and a strong sense of pride in your work - Availability to work on Friday and Saturday nights - The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Bonus points if you have previous experience working in commercial kitchens, restaurants, or other hospitality venues.
