About the Role We are seeking a mature, professional, and experienced individual to lead our Day Spa Team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the spa industry, sales, and exceptional customer service. You will have the opportunity to inspire and guide a small team of skilled therapists while also managing essential tasks such as scheduling, stock management, and training. As a supervisor, you will lead by example, demonstrating your expertise in treatments while balancing administrative responsibilities. As a fully accredited business with Immigration New Zealand, we welcome applications from both international candidates and New Zealand residents. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential skills and attributes: - Strong leadership and planning abilities - A commitment to quality and pride in your work environment - Experience as a beauty and body therapist - Retail sales experience - Attention to detail with a focus on presentation - Business acumen - Proficiency in computer skills - A positive and energetic attitude Benefits This is a permanent position with a work schedule from 10 AM to 8 PM daily.
