About the Role
We are currently seeking two Dairy Assistants to join our dedicated team. This role involves collaborating closely with Production Leads and Senior Dairy Assistants to support the daily operations at our Rotary and Herringbone dairy sites. As a Dairy Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of animal welfare, milk quality, and overall farm upkeep. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the dairy industry and are eager to advance their careers in farming.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform milking duties with a focus on ensuring milk quality.
- Support animal health programs while upholding animal welfare standards.
- Actively contribute to our Health & Safety program.
- Conduct general maintenance of farm equipment and property.
- Assist with stock management and animal husbandry tasks.
- Operate farm vehicles, including side-by-side vehicles and two-wheeled bikes.
- Maintain accurate records related to animal health and milk quality.

Who
We are looking for individuals who are early risers, possess a can-do attitude, and are passionate about the dairy industry. Ideally, candidates will have 2-3 years of milking experience, which will enable them to integrate smoothly into our close-knit teams. The following attributes are essential for success in this role:
