Your understanding of the food industry, along with your ability to provide innovative and solution-oriented service to our customers, will be invaluable to our success. In this role, you will be part of a small, friendly, and dynamic team within our larger organization. Requirements To thrive in this position, you should have a proven background in customer service or related industries, coupled with a strong interest in food and food-related topics. You should be comfortable working under deadlines and achieving realistic targets and KPIs. An exceptional telephone manner, along with proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, is essential. We are looking for a positive, results-driven team member who possesses excellent communication skills and is willing to go the extra mile.
