About the Role We are currently seeking process workers for our 2025-2026 season, with positions starting in October. While relevant experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as we provide comprehensive training. These positions will be day shifts, and applicants must be available to work on weekends. These full-time positions offer a minimum of 30 hours per week, with a guaranteed minimum salary of $705.00 per week. There is potential for additional earnings depending on allowances and piece rates. Please note that hours may vary based on workflow due to the seasonal nature of our operations and annual close-down periods. Duties and Responsibilities As a process worker, your responsibilities will include: - Performing yard duties and handling livestock - Processing meat carcasses according to customer specifications - Separating organs and glands from carcasses using safe knife handling practices - Operating machinery to process, pack, and transfer carcasses or products - Packing boned meat and meat products into cartons - Moving carcasses to chillers and freezers - Loading meat products onto trucks - Cleaning and sanitizing work equipment and work areas Requirements We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals who excel as team players.
