About the Role
We are currently seeking a Site Foreman for our Drainage and Reticulation projects in the Oamaru and Waitaki region. This role is designed for a hands-on leader who excels in guiding teams from the front lines. You will be responsible for managing crews and overseeing projects, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety standards while delivering high-quality work. We will provide you with the necessary support and training to help you succeed and advance in your career. This position is ideal for someone who can inspire their team, communicate effectively with clients, and maintain the highest health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in drainage and reticulation, along with previous leadership responsibilities; relevant qualifications are a plus
- Strong communication skills and effective team management abilities
- A commitment to quality, safety, and completing tasks efficiently
- Willingness to participate in an after-hours callout roster
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
