About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee multiple crews in the Central Otago region. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Project Manager to lead site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This hands-on position requires you to provide valuable insights and industry expertise to the teams you lead, while also remaining proactive in managing the current workload.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction, particularly in general civil works
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Natural leadership abilities with a capacity to train and develop team members
- A solid commercial understanding to ensure project efficiency
