About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic leader to join our team and take charge of daily operations in our restaurant. In this role, you will oversee a welcoming environment while motivating a diverse team to deliver exceptional service. You will be responsible for creating a positive atmosphere, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a culture of celebration and high-energy teamwork.
What You’ll Do
In this position, you will:
- Lead the Charge: Manage daily operations, ensuring the restaurant runs beautifully and welcomingly while inspiring your team.
- Set the Vibe: Work closely with your crew to establish the tone and pace of the restaurant.

The Boring (but Important) Stuff:
Candidates must have the legal right to work in Australia or New Zealand and be at least 18 years old to manage or supervise a restaurant. You will also be responsible for working with all Nando’s ingredients and obtaining necessary certifications, such as liquor accreditation, First Aid, CPR, and manager accreditation, as required by local regulations.
