About the Role We are looking for a Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our proactive and high-performing sales team at Ingham Hyundai Hamilton. In this role, you will focus on providing exceptional service while selling both new and used Hyundai vehicles. The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with rostered weekends, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for: - Selling new and used Hyundai vehicles. - Building strong, lasting relationships with customers. - Achieving monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Following up on leads using our customer relationship management (CRM) system and maintaining your customer database. - Cold calling and prospecting for new business opportunities. - Maintaining vehicle presentation and displaying stock appropriately. - Representing the Hyundai brand and upholding our standards of excellence. What You'll Need to Succeed To be successful in this position, you should possess: - Previous sales experience is essential. - A passion for vehicles and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. - Self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - New Zealand residency or a valid New Zealand work visa.
