About the Company At Bidfresh, we are a multinational food distributor dedicated to supplying high-quality food and related products to a diverse range of customers. Our clientele includes tourism operators, hotels, restaurants, cafés, hospitals, schools, and many other businesses throughout the wider Canterbury area that rely on our services. About the Role We are currently looking for an energetic and positive individual to join our Sales team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of Bidfresh Christchurch and our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and striving to achieve maximum results for both our customers and Bidfresh, ultimately exceeding monthly sales targets. To provide superior customer service, we believe in the importance of teamwork. As an Account Manager, you will be expected to contribute fully to our collective efforts, demonstrating flexibility, hard work, determination, and a consistently positive attitude, regardless of the circumstances. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organized, resilient, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Initiative and the ability to work independently are also essential. While previous sales experience is not mandatory, we do require a stable track record of building on success, a passion for food, strong computer skills, and a long-term commitment to Christchurch. Additionally, candidates must be New Zealand or Australian citizens or hold residency status. A full, clean Driver's License is also necessary to be considered for this position.
