About the Role We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Graduate Programme Coordinator within our Workforce and Practice Development Unit. This position is perfect for an experienced Registered Nurse looking to advance their career. As a full-time role, you will lead and support all aspects of our graduate nurse programmes, with a primary focus on the Enrolled Nurse Supported into Practice (ENSIPP) programme. In the capacity of Graduate Programme Coordinator, you will manage all components of the CCHV ENSIPP programme. This includes overseeing the recruitment process for graduates, facilitating ENSIPP study days, and collaborating closely with ENSIPP clinical coaches, preceptors, and managers throughout the district, which includes primary health and aged residential care sectors. About the Team/Service/Location The Workforce and Practice Development Unit (WPDU) provides essential support to the Chief Nursing Officer and Nurse Directors across the District. Our unit plays a crucial role in delivering leadership and support for various nursing programmes, including undergraduate, pre-registration, postgraduate, professional development, and graduate entry programmes. Our focus on professional development is vital across all levels of service—primary, secondary, and tertiary—as we work to enhance workforce capability and ensure quality patient outcomes. About You Are you a dynamic and forward-thinking registered nurse who enjoys a variety of challenges? The Graduate Programme Coordinator role combines leadership responsibilities and is ideal for a registered nurse who is passionate about nurturing new graduates and shaping the future workforce.
