    About the Company We are proud to partner with a leading engineering and manufacturing firm based in Christchurch that specializes in cutting-edge portable CT scanners for the medical, military, and aerospace sectors. As the company continues to grow and take on long-term projects, they are looking to expand their team by bringing on experienced Assembly Technicians. About the Role In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for performing high-precision assembly work, with a focus on soldering and detailed technical tasks. You will be working on high-quality components, including box builds, cabinets, and fine wiring, all within a clean and structured manufacturing environment. Quality is our priority, and we seek a candidate who shares this commitment. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: - Proven experience in technical assembly and soldering - The ability to read and work from technical drawings - A strong attention to detail and a precision-focused mindset - A background in medical, military, or aerospace environments is preferred - A reliable and adaptable nature, along with strong teamwork skills - Electronics or engineering qualifications would be advantageous Please note that successful applicants will need to pass a practical soldering/assembly test and may be required to undergo pre-employment screening.
