About the Role We are currently seeking experienced Labourers with a background in Civil Construction or those interested in transitioning into this field. This role involves working on various projects in Christchurch, including subdivisions, drainage works, and preparation for paths and foundations. Our work primarily departs from our yards in Rolleston or Hornby. Ideal candidates should possess physical fitness and be comfortable working in small teams of 3 to 4 individuals. We offer training and development opportunities as well as a strong workload that is expected to continue into the foreseeable future. Successful applicants will be expected to work 10+ hour days, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of Saturday work when needed.
