About the Role We are currently looking for a hardworking and dedicated laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest quality standards. This will involve completing relevant paperwork for your assignments and maintaining clear communication with customers at every stage of the job. We value enthusiasm and a strong desire to deliver excellent quality in your work while maintaining a positive attitude towards safe work practices. Requirements To be considered for this position, you should have at least two years of previous experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people are crucial. You must be willing to adhere to our company’s health and safety practices and demonstrate a friendly and reliable demeanor as a team player. A can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile are highly valued. Additionally, you must hold a clean and current full New Zealand driver’s license. Ideally, you will also possess the following: - Basic mechanical maintenance skills for a range of mowers and small equipment - Growsafe Certificate - Site Safe qualification - Current first aid certificate Please note that the successful candidate will need to pass a pre-employment drug test and a criminal history check.
