About the Role We are currently seeking a Planned Care Services Coordinator for a fixed-term, full-time position (1.0 FTE) based at Tauranga Hospital. This role is an integral part of our team at Bay of Plenty Hauora a Toi, responsible for ensuring that patients have timely access to elective services across all clinical sectors. The successful candidate will report to the Planned Care Services Manager and should possess a solid understanding of the patient management system WebPAS, along with an awareness of planned care service processes, including Faster Cancer Treatment timeframes. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the delivery of planned care services for our growing population. About the Location Bay of Plenty Hauora a Toi encompasses a wide geographical area and operates primarily from two hospitals located in Tauranga and Whakatane. About You As a Planned Care Services Coordinator, you will thrive in a multi-disciplinary team environment while supporting patient care delivery.
