About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced sales professional with a passion for sales and interior design to join our Hastings branch. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create design solutions for our clients while working within a supportive and knowledgeable team. Key Responsibilities - Consult with clients in our showroom to develop individual tile design concepts. - Ensure that the showroom remains an inspirational space for our customers. This is a permanent part-time role, requiring availability every Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM. We also prefer candidates who can work casually on additional days as needed. Requirements - While experience in sales is desirable, a positive attitude is essential. - An eye for design or a relevant design qualification is an advantage. - Attention to detail and accuracy are important for success in this role. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are necessary. - Ability to build relationships and establish trust with colleagues and clients. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in computer use and a quick ability to learn new systems. - A willingness to learn, grow, and achieve success is highly valued.
