About the Role As a Personal Shopper and Delivery Driver at New World Newlands, you will play a vital role in the success of our Online department. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Online Champion in planning and organizing the daily picking, packing, and processing of all customer orders in our Online shopping department. In this role, you will ensure that operational excellence is achieved for all Online shopping orders. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and processing items for customer orders. Additionally, you will ensure that orders are properly labeled, checked, and stored securely, while complying with our Food Control Plan and Health and Safety requirements. Requirements To succeed in this position, we need you to have the following skills and qualifications: - The ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively to consistently meet deadlines - Physical fitness to fulfill the demands of the role - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately - Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technology - A full driving license is required Hours The specific hours for this role will be discussed during the interview process.
