    About the Company At Hawksbury Community Living Trust, we are committed to providing quality residential support for individuals with learning disabilities. As an equal opportunity employer, we embrace diversity and inclusion within our workforce. About the Role We are looking for a passionate part-time Support Staff member to join our team in Kaiapoi. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents by assisting them with everyday activities. Your responsibilities will include supporting residents with shopping, meal preparation, household chores, personal support, and community outings. Please note that the work schedule will have Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday off in the first week, and Wednesday and Thursday off in the second week. Requirements To be successful in this role, we ideally seek candidates who have an NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 2 or an equivalent qualification. Additionally, you should possess: - A positive attitude towards supporting individuals with learning disabilities - A full New Zealand driver's licence - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Basic computer skills Benefits At Hawksbury, we value our staff and offer ongoing development opportunities.
